A new trade school has opened in District 44 (off 528). RioTECH, created in partnership with Rio Rancho Public Schools and CNM, offers 8 certificate pathways to Rio Rancho highschoolers.
Cleveland High School teacher Ashali Knoell won the prestigious National Milken Educators Award.
