Recruit and retain healthcare workers by providing housing subsidies
Restrict ticket scalping to maintain reasonable prices for ticket resales
Library Protection
Require landlords to count housing vouchers in determining prospective tenants’ income
Require condominium associations to maintain a ratio of owner-occupancy of 55% so that federally backed mortgages can be issued
