Recruit and retain healthcare workers by providing housing subsidies
Restrict ticket scalping to maintain reasonable prices for ticket resales
Library Protection
Require landlords to count housing vouchers in determining prospective tenants’ income
Require condominium associations to maintain a ratio of owner-occupancy of 55% so that federally backed mortgages can be issued
Clarify Property Tax Assessments to protect farmers from egregious tax increases due to drought and other natural disasters
Require hospitals to create committees that would determine minimum staffing levels
Permit state contractors to adjust their rates when laws change that increase costs for the contractors
Lower the number of petition signatures required for independent candidates
Create non-partisan redistricting commissions for county redistricting
Prohibit non-functioning turf at all NM government owned buildings
Outlaw weapon modification
Require Juvenile Crimes be disclosed when an individual applies for a Firearm Permit
Increasing the Alcohol Tax and dedicate the tax revenues to addiction programs

Enact safety measures for motor carriers involved with transporting railroad workers
